  2. With less cheap energy available I think it will be hard for large countries to maintain their reach over their country never mind a world gov’t functioning. I agree with Heinberg and others who believe there will be a  constant series of recessions, no sustained growth anymore and a lower standard of living in general. Many cars coming off the roads in certain countries. Cheap food (oil) will end which will limit or reverse population growth… I think oil wars will intensify, they have to..
